Every perishable order leaves our 12,000 sq ft Ojai facility in compostable insulated boxes with food-grade dry ice and reusable gel packs. Our carrier network guarantees delivery within 36 hours, and we monitor every shipment's internal temperature remotely. If anything arrives above 42°F, we replace it — no questions, no photos needed.

What's actually included in a subscription, and can I skip a week?
Subscriptions ship every 2, 4, or 6 weeks from /subscriptions/. Each delivery is a curated box of 12–18 raw staples tuned to your dietary notes (low-sugar, keto, nut-free, etc.). You can pause, swap items, change cadence, or cancel from your account at any time — there's no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee.

Can I return perishable raw foods if I change my mind?
Yes. If any raw food order arrives damaged, warm, or off-condition, email [email protected] within 48 hours and we refund or replace the entire box. Our audited order accuracy rate is 97% — verified by Stamps.com Q3 2024 — so this rarely comes up, but when it does we make it right.
