Temperature integrity
Thermal-logger review confirms the product never crossed 118°F from harvest to lab intake.
Raw & Living Foods · Est. 2014
1,240+ third-party lab analyses published in 2024 alone — one for every active SKU in our catalog, all confirming the raw-food temperature ceiling of 118°F was never crossed.

Why this matters on a raw food site
Heat damage, lipid oxidation, and microbial load are the three quiet failure modes of any raw pantry. They don't show up in a marketing claim — they show up on a lab printout. A "raw" cashew that was briefly toasted during processing can still be called raw on the front of the bag, and most retailers never check.
That's why every active SKU at Raw Paradise is sent to an independent partner lab for a full panel — temperature integrity, heavy metals, pesticide residue, microbiology, nutritional density, and organic certification status. The reports are public. You can read them before you buy, and the SKU only ships if the document clears every line item.
Inside every report
Every third-party analysis we publish covers the same six categories. If a product fails any one of them, it doesn't ship — and the report stays public so you can see exactly what was tested.
Thermal-logger review confirms the product never crossed 118°F from harvest to lab intake.
Aerobic plate count, yeast, mold, coliforms, and Salmonella — all reported against raw-food thresholds.
Lead, cadmium, arsenic, and mercury tested at California Prop 65 and USP limits, not just FDA.
300+ compounds screened on every organic SKU, plus a separate panel for sprouts and microgreens.

The scale, in numbers
Third-party analyses published in 2024 — one for every batch, every SKU, every quarter.
Active SKUs in the catalog, every one of them covered by a current report.
Independent partner labs, including Eurofins, Anresco, NSF, and IEH — never in-house only.
Cold-chain window from Ojai warehouse intake to lab sample delivery, sample to signature.
A real report, annotated for first-time readers.
A four-step read
If you've never opened a certificate of analysis before, this is a four-line speed run. Every report is laid out the same way so you can scan it in under a minute.
Match the SKU code in the top-left to the product page. Each report is filed under its current batch number, not the product name — so you know exactly which lot you're reading about.
Look for the "Max processing temperature" field. If it reads under 118°F, the lot is verified raw. If it's missing or above, the report won't be in the public archive — because we don't ship that batch.
Lead, cadmium, arsenic, mercury, plus aerobic plate count and Salmonella. All four heavy metals should sit below the listed USP or Prop 65 threshold, and every microbial line should read "non-detect" or "within limits".
Every report is signed by the partner lab and dated. We rotate six independent labs across the year — no in-house testing, no self-attestation, no shared CoA between sister brands.
